Vineyard and winery tour, a source of wine history and expertise
Start the route with a pleasant scenic walk through vineyards surrounded by the Forest of the City of Rovereto in a uniquely beautiful hilly landscape. Here you will discover the secrets of organic viticulture in harmony with nature and, with any luck, see some forest dwellers.
You will see how the natural winemaking process takes place with spontaneous fermentation in French oak vats, the result of an art passed down through the ages. You will enter the ancient underground barrique cellar, where the aging of this noble wine takes place.
Exclusive Tasting
Finish on a high note with a guided tasting of four vintages of Dalzocchio Pinot Noir, a rare French-inspired Italian excellence, accompanied by breadsticks or, upon request, a delicious platter of sliced meats and alpine cheeses from our mountains. You will be welcomed in a beautiful private room or, if you choose, seated at outdoor tables.

Schedules
The experience can be enjoyed daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., including Saturdays and Sundays, by reservation only. Duration of the experience: 2 hours.
