Two hectares of organically cultivated vines, nestled in a natural mountain setting

We have been certified organic since 2000, out of respect for our land and the future.

Biodiversity is important to us, which is why in addition to vines, we cultivate medicinal plants that we process into premium products.

Sustainable beekeeping

Our suppliers are predominantly local to minimize the carbon footprint caused by transportation.

The practice of spontaneous fermentation also allows us to eliminate pollution caused by production, packaging, and shipping of products we have chosen not to use.

During 2024, we installed a photovoltaic system that enables us to meet most of our business energy needs.

Since 2000, we have decided not to irrigate our vines to create a vineyard more resilient to weather events and to reduce water consumption.
