vineyard

Two hectares of organically cultivated vines, nestled in a natural mid-mountain setting

A unique character

The particular combination of altitude, microclimate, natural light, and ventilation, together with the morphological characteristics of the soil, which in many aspects are similar to those of the French region of Burgundy, creates a suitable and ideal place for cultivating Pinot Noir grapes.

Cultivation is carried out according to organic methods, not neglecting biodynamic principles: the entire process is focused on enhancing the connections between the soil, the plant, and the human element that cares for it. The limited extension of the vineyard allows for meticulous attention to each individual plant, its life cycle, and the specific care
of any potential diseases: we can jokingly say that we almost know each of our 10,000 vines individually!
